it is AML. Flow cytometry was done on that day only. It is Cd 117, 4 and 33 bright positive and cd 13 dim positive while cd 34, HLA DR, MPO, Cd 19, 10, 56, 123, 11 c, 64, cd 8, cd 3 both surface and cytoplasmic negative

Acute Leukemia - AML. Advised BMA & Flow cytometry.

Given Features Favouring, Acute Leukaemia- AML However, detail clinical evaluation, BM Study and Flow cytometry for needful towards management of the case.

Acute leukaemia Probably AML Sug.clinical correlation Bone marrow study Immunocytochemistry Flowcytometry and special stains.

We should report it as Acute Leukemia with recomendation for further tests. As we can know by morphology that its myeloid series and it was confirmed by flow as well but in current practice we should label it as Acute Lwukemia only.
