A 24y/o female pt c/o generalised weakness , fatigue since 2yrs K/C/O- Asthama since childhood Please interpret this report?

She is a c/o eosinophilia as E 15 % Indirect bilirubin is increased needs corelate with clinical history Rx tab hetrazan 100mg tds for 2months Keep followup and repeat counts periodically Sos add antibiotics if you notice any infection Add bronchodilators and steroids if pt is dysponic and sob Adv xray chest for complete evaluation Add hepatocellular regeneratives and antacids

Blood reports all within normal limit except eosiphil count slightly raised may be allergic as the pt is an old case of bronchial asthma Go for F T3 and FT4 and TSH toexclude any thyroid pathology.

Eosinophilia...First rule out the allergic cause(recurrent cough cold etc),the things of which the one have allergy ,,, Treat the pt symptomatically ,after consoling her. Basically tell her about the things which she have to avoid (do's and don't) Yoga and preventive measures have to summarize to the pt.

S bilirubin slightly raised. Direct bilirubin also slightly raised. A E C raised I gE should be observed. Allergy + onset of jaundice

Weaknesses and fatigue may be d/t chronic steroid use as in inhaler
