A 25 years old male patient, complaining with back pain... Others NAD USG show lipoma Suggest plz what will be the best management.....?

Asymptomatic small lipomatous lesion can be left alone and kept under observation There is a possibility that multiple such lesions may be present over body, kindly look for it It can be a part of multiple neurofibromatosis Symptomatic lesions can be removed

Yes Lipoma to be excised and histopathology is advisable

As swelling is subcutaneous on back side likely lipoma only If it is seen you can confirm by biopsy Or leave it as such

Lipoma seen, if no any symptoms or pain no surgery required, observation needed If any symptoms present, removal needed
