POST VIRAL ALLERGIC GRANULAR PHYARNGITIS + GERD

A 26 year old presenting with intermittent cough since 3 months prominently after cold. RT PCR Test negative and IgE level 201 IU/ml. Diagnosis and treatment ?

pt had GERD and fundal gas problem and constipated due to OTC medication ingested by himself ... cough is due to post granular cell at phyrnx area seen can be caused by post viral allergic reaction or gerd ... irritates the normal function and initiate dry cough treated with dopamine receptor inhibitor and ppi inhibitor + leukotrine and histamine blockers
