Concluded answer

It is a case of congenital hydrocele with hernia due to patent processus vaginalis. In hydrocele alone it may be wise to wait upto 1 year of age as there is chance of obliteration of processus vaginalis. But as it is along with hernia it is not wise to wait as there is incarceration is high risk in infancy. So it is better to go for herniotomy as early as possible and thus closing the processus vaginalis. And hydrocele fluid in scrotal sac will be absorbed in due course of time
