A 30 year old having history of 3 vaginal deliveries (P 3) is a known case of severe mitral stenosis. She presented with abdominal pain which is more intense in lower abdomen since last one month. She is not using any contraceptive and has no history of amenorrhea. Diagnosis?

Symptomatically and USG pict shows Extrauterine pregnancy . upt test and Bhcg blood test will help in diagnosis .of ectopic pregnancy

It may be a harmorrhagic cyst. Bcoz there is no history of amennorhoea. Correlate with beta hcg level
