20yo female patient presents with an specimen expelled from the uterine cavity in the second day of her menses presenting severe dysmenorrhea and increased bleeding (in relation to the normal menses). Patient is sexually active; last intercourse taking place 2 weeks ago. After the expulsion of the specimen she is in no pain and feeling normal. Relevant hisroty: Patient is known to have endometriosis Patient is under birth controll pills; starting 4 weeks ago, prior to that she took 1 post-day pill due to unprotected intercourse. Thoutghs? Possible membranous dysmenorrhea?
