A 35 yrs female with history of hypopigmented circular small area above bilateral cheeks. The eruption are single on each part and formed gradually. There was no history of fever, no pain, or trauma to that area. The eruption followed the hot weather conditions. There was no history of any other chronic disease like hypothyroidism, Diabetes Mellitus etc.
