A 40 years old male came to ER with c/o severe chest and abdominal pain with No relief on medication . H/o HTN (on Rx) O/E - PR- 99/min BP 167/112 mmHg Spo2 99% on room air Rbs- 159gm/dL EcG showed following - What's the diagnosis and management?

Manage MI as per duration of onset. ECHO and angiography and cardio consultation.
