A 44 male complains about neck pain radiating to shoulder with numbness of the arm, the xray looks normal. Any ideas?

Cervical Spondylosis with disc prolapse ... Known symptoms associated with cervical Spondylosis.... Multiple level cervical degenerative disc disease with radiculopathy In the xray reduced disc spaces and anterior osteophytes are obvious An MRI will show posterior disc osteophyte complexes compressing roots Analgesics Muscle relaxants Gabapentin will help Intermittent cervical traction in physiotherapy may relieve radiculopathy Soft cervical collar till acute symptoms subside

Cervical vertebras from C4 to C6 are involved to the lrvel of compressi g on nerve roots due to Cervical spondylosis. Pbsiotherepg exercise. Cervical color belt. Chsnge the sleepi g style.

Cervical spindylosis of c4 toc7 with spasm causing pressure on nerve root causing pain do MRI for minute detail cervical traction cervical exercise low pillow myoril 8 mg tds dubinor hs

Loss of cervical lordosis, due to paraspinal muscle spasm Osteophytosis Narrowing of IVD between C4 and C5 Cervical spondylosis with root compression

Spondylosis Needs further investigations and evaluation to conclude diagnosis and line of treatment.
