Hypohidrosis.. It  is a condition that causes a person to sweat less than usual. Sweating helps the body to cool down, and insufficient sweating can lead to heat-related illnesses such as heat exhaustion. Hypohidrosis is a less severe form of anhidrosis, where a person is entirely unable to sweat.. Could be due to sanitizer local allergy. Numerous cases have been reported to respond effectively to systemic corticosteroids. Although an optimum dose and regime has not been established, pulse methylprednisolone (up to 1000 mg/day) has been reported to have good effect.
