A 5-year-old firstborn male child was brought by his parents with symptoms of multiple deformities of the left upper limb since birth. The mother had an uneventful antenatal history.

Child is not able to lift lt.arm completely, is there any numbness, pain, atrophy, if + ve , it may be Erbs or lt.Brschial plexus nerve palsy.
