Nothing to suggest wt loss cause in x ray, only emphysema May get CT thorax for further evaluation, No obvious TB lesions Evaluate cardiac status also

*Cxr shows B/L hyperinflated lung Field with prominent vascular marking Possibly a case of COPD-emphysema *Any H/o biomass fuel exposure? Recurrent respiratory infection? Use of inhalational or Oral bronchodilators? *Do a ECG( to r/o cardiac cause of chest pain) *if normal, do spirometry to assess the severity of airflow obstruction *start the treatment based on which class she comes under GOLD classification.
