A 66 y/o male concerned for multiple red spots on his lips, tongue, and oral mucosa. The spots bled spontaneously and with minimal contact. The lesions bled with minor trauma during cleaning. Some lesions are slightly elevated and blanched with pressure H/O : frequent nosebleeds, chronic anemia What is diagnosis and differntials according to you and treatment for this?

Hereditary hemmorraghic telengectasia Also known as osler weber rendu syndrome. Treatment wud be iron supplements Blood tranfusion if bleeding is more. Consult a vascular surgeon also. Rule out any av malformation

Cherry hemangeoma Since pt has h/o epistaxis frequently And he is anaemic R/o bleeding disorder and thalassemia If no measures comorbidies Than cauterization by oral surgeon

Its Herditary haemorrhagic telangatasia. Called as rendu- osler- weber syndrome. Lasar photocoagulation can be done of the lesion can be done. Iron suppliments for anaemia and DNE and cautery of bleeding point for epistasis
