Is this biopsy proven? If the biopsy has been done is this a b-cell lymphoma of T cell (?EATL). Is there history of celiac disease? Complex case, needs to be handled by person who sees mostly lymphoma/hematological malignancies. If this is EATL, there patients has poor prognosis.
