47 year old male presented to my ER with c/o left hypochondriac pain,, tenderness,, abdominal fullness,, chest heaviness,, and difficulty in breathing for 2-3 days.. With additional h/o intermittent fever. O/E Bp 110/70mmhg HR 100/Min Spo2 96% B/l basal cretps + P/A- BS +, ascitis?, left hypochondriac tenderness + CECT WHOLE AB PELVIS,, CXRPA,, ECG,, and routine investigations attached. Ecg is sinus tachycardia. Patient is being admitted in icu under my care and being treated for Ac pancreatitis. Kindly share your opinion.
