-A female patient age about 28 years old - A case of Gastroenteritis+ esophagus infection -A C/O severe Abdominal pain and Chest discomfort feel patient Since 1 weak ago -C/O headache 3 episode vomiting Sleeplessness weakness Numbness of upper and lower limbs -H/O insomnia with mental behavior Personal H/O she is married O/E Patient Counsicsess Dullness Mental thinking PR.99 TM BP:110/60mmhg Temperature:Nil Spo2:96% Pupils are reactive Movement are abnormal slowly walk GCS:E4.V5.M6.
