A SOL seen right lobe of liver and with history of pain RUQ , LOA and LOW - it is most likely a malignant tumour . Considering enhancing lesion with progressive enhancement in venous and delayed phases it could be an isolated hepatic secondary , cholangiocarcinoma or a primary HCC

Hypoechoic lesion rt lobe in periphery is seen likely obstructive for hepatic vessels due to which venous enhancement is seen in portahepatis Adv usg guided fnac and biopsy to identify the lesion likely hepatocellular adenoma
