Changes of COPD emphysema seen. Aortic knuckle calcification seen. Left mid zonal irregular Mass lesion seen. Evaluate for neoplastic etiology.

Rotation of the PA film, Aortic calcification with unfolding of aorta, changes of copd seen, reticulonodular opacities seen, irregular opacity in left midzone(?neoplastic), osteopenia of vertebral bodies seen ..to be evaluated for malignancy.
