Lot of sweating seen on hands She looks to be c/o hyperhidrosis with ACD Rx avoid contacts to irritants Keep hands dry Apply lobate-s oint twice daily Tab Levocetrizine5mg1bd for 5to7days Tab dispred4mg 1tds and gradually tapper off

Allergic/ irritant contact dermatitis. Oral and local steroids under antibiotic cover. Identify allergen/ irritant and avoid them. The ring in the little finger need to be removed as a prophylactic measure!!
