A male patient age about 32 years old A case of accident head injury C/O severe headache and Giddiness Weakness of uppar and lower limbs both sides since yesterday morning 11:30am H/O headache and skin allergies Not know HTN. DM. COPD. TB Habits : weekly one time smoking and drinking alcohol No any types of wounds on the patient body No bleeding by nose and mouth Investigation:CT scan and ECG ECG:report Bradycardia with sinus arrhythmia left ventricle hypertrophy ST Elevation v4v5v6 O/E Patient Counsicsess Oriented PR:100 TM BP:110/70 mmhg Tem:normal Spo2:99% Pupils are reactive Movements are normal GCS:E4.V5.M6.
