A male pt aged 55 years p/w complaints of Ghabrahat and Dizziness since morning... he has no other comorbidity but has a family history of father dying from MI.... comment on his ECG and discuss the findings

NSR Low voltage complex in lead 1. St elevation in inferior leads. Early repolarization seen in v4 to v6. Adv Echo CD. CAG. Possibly DVD Sos rescue PAMI to culprit vessels.
