Loculated pleural effusion seen in left anterior and posterior region. Underlying collapse segments seen. Adv USG guided pleurocentesis, Fluid analysis. If multiloculated effusion,may consider thoracoscopic decortication.

Pleural fluid tapped diagnostically and further planned ICD. turbid yellow colored 600 ml fluid was drained out on day one, no malignant cells detected, RV neg. CXR, CT thorax and Pleural fluid reports attached. plz comment whether AKT or only antibiotics.
