a case of newborn with gastroschisis associated with jejunal atresia. postoperatively the patient was on ventilator,weaned off the ventilator after 5 days postoperative period. patient on tpn at present with plan of jejunal atresia surgery after 4-6 weeks depending upon the condition of the patient.

Gastrochisis . Wrapping of the presenting part in saline soaked gauze piece. Refer to pediatric surgeon for repositioning.

Gastroschisis. Bowel is looking very congested. Wrap in wet gauze . Keep baby NBM , NG decompression , IVM , broad spectrum antibiotics . Urgent paediatric surgical intervention .

Gastroschicis Laprotomy repositioning. And manage intestinal atresia if associated with exicision and anastomosis.
