A male aged 65 years Chief Complaints Sudden onset GTCS (2 episodes) One episode of Hemetemesis Vitals BP- 168/100mmHg PR - 102/min Physical Examination Confused Disoriented ? Postictal Phase Investigations NCCT Head
Late onset seizure.Is he taking ethanol? Periventriculat hypodensity noted. Mild hypodensity cerebellum, the significance? .Needs MRI brain. Suggest EEG ,MRI brain.
