A patient presented at the opd with complaint of these wounds appearing on her left leg. The first one appeared on her foot a month ago after a minor trauma from a metallic door. Later the others appeared one after another spontaneously. Wounds are round. She was applying antibiotic powder at the wounds hence the white patch in the third picture is actually a powder. There are no findings on general physicak examination? Wounds are painful, round and ulcerating. No lymphadenopathy. There is no past medical or surgical history D/Ds?
