Osteoma at frontal bone

A pt. Came yesterday with frontal bone osteoma(in middle of frontal bone),no clinical features, only facial appearance change. Suggest appropriate management of it.

FRONTAL BONE OSTEOMA .. IS A COMMON .. BEGIN TUMOR.. SOME OF FRONTAL BONES OSTEOMA .. GOES AWAY ON IT'S OWN.. FEW OF THEM..GOES AWAY WITH NSAIDS..TREATMENT.. AND FEW NEED'S..SURGICAL INTERVENTION.. NEED'S.. CTCE..MRI..STUDY..
