A skin infection

a 25 year old male patient have complaint of skin infection in the buttock area. history dates back to 2 year when patient noticed infection. patient have itching there. and this infection increases in wet condition and resolved gradually in dry condition but in summer it again aggravates and im winter it get resolved gradually. please tell me the diagnosis? and the exact treatment for this infection and help patient to rid of from such infection

Tenia cruris.. Rx Tab levocetrizine 5 mg BD Tab Azithromycin 250 MG BD Tab multivitamins.. Luliconazole lotion use.. Moisture lotion use.. Candid dusting powder daily use.. Bath keto soap.. Coconut oil use.. Tree tea oils.. Alovira gel use.. Keep the areas of skin sterling gauges..
