A two year old boy has undescended testis on left side. testis on left side is felt in the inguinal canal. what is the line of management

2 year old child. UDT LEFT SIDE. LINE OF MANAGEMENT : NEEDS IMMEDIATE ORCHIDOPEXY. TIME FOR ORCHIDOPEXY IS 10 MONTHS TO 1 YEAR. ALREADY THIS CASE GOT DELAYED BY ONE YEAR.

May wait and watch if no sign symptoms of obstruction, Explain must not have chronic constipation, cough etc.

Later surgery can be done if required

Left orchidopexy required for this age Group

Mobilisation of thetestis and scrotal orchipexy to be done the earliest, to preserve the testicular function.

Nothing active intervention is required . It's matter of time. Testis will descend in scrotum
