Acute Haemorrhagic Pancreatitis. Conservative treatment to be started 1.NPO 2.RT - suction 3 .IV fluids 4.Parenteral antibiotics Inj PIPERACILLIN 4 gm + tazobactum 500 mg × 6 hourly 5.Inj Pantoprazole IV 6.If conservative treatment fails - therapeutic peritoneal lavage is indicated
