A36 year old female c/o severe neck pain last 2 years radiating in left upper limb No headache no vertigo .she feel difficulty in daily basic activities.On going treatment by orthopedic surgeon analgesic bd,,methylcobalamine+pregabaline od ,,, prednisolone 5mg bd,,Rebeprazole. of plz give your valuable opinions.....

In fact she is a c/o cervical myelgia I don't see any pathological changes in vertebrae Yes there is loss of lordosis and paraspinal muscle spasm I will prefer IFT and if not relieved you can choose MATRIX Routine neck shoulder exercises Stretching exercises Some yogic postures Rx muscle relaxants +NSAIDs Like eterocoxib+thiocholchisone Or aceclofenac+thyocholchsone Tab gabapentin 100mg+tab nortryptiline 10mg 1od at bedtime Review after 15days Sos neck traction
