Any history of trauma or bite? Dx:-SCROTAL Abscess. Ddx:- ▪Epididymaorchitis. ▪Infected sebaceous cyst. ▪Hydrocele. ▪Testicular Torsion. ▪Hernia.. Clinical observations and patients history is necessary for correct DIAGNOSIS.
