Achalasia cardia Option of treatment Hellers Seromyotomy Peroral endoscopic myotomy ( Malignancy was excluded by doing endoscopy Motility disorder was confirmed by doing motility study Barium study with birds beak sign further confirmed achalasia cardia. Adv Anaesthesia fitness followed by surgery
