Triphala as an objective of sasthasya swaasth rakshnam should be taken at what time what doSe &whn?

Triphala is form by amalki, bibhitaki n Haritki. These single drugs work tremendously to maintain the health of swasth purush. Haritaki n amalki act as rasayan. If we talk about Triphala it is also a Rasayan described by acharya charak in chikitsa sthan Rasayan adhyaya( 3 part). It is taken at evening(saanykala) with madhu for 1yr , they work as rasayana.

Triphala is also explained as Rasayana When we are suggesting it for Swaasth Rakshanam then we should advise it in Afternoon along with Luke warm water in a Small Quantity of 1-2 Gm along with luke warm water @Udit Verma Afternoon = Uttama Bala Sukoshna Jala = Help in preventing Ama and Mandagni

Triphala is Rasayana . Anupanas are Madhu,Shukhoshna Jala,Cow Ghrita +Sharkara.

Triphala :3-5g per dose Kapha-pittaghni-if we use it with honey+ghee. Mehahara -Kashaya with 200ml reduced to 100ml Kushtahara- with hot water bed time as anulomaka Chakhushya-as cookies,Honey+Ghee, Deepani- along with saindhava and sauvarvhalavana(1/4spoon of salt with 5g Triphala before food) Vrishya- Ghee+Kandasarkara(1tablespoon ghee+1/2spoon Kandasarkara) Vishamajwaranasini-titrated with guduchi/kalamegha swarasa. Anupanas and dossages are my interpretation to Yogaratnakaras Reference
