? Adenoma Sebaceum ( Angiofibromas) Papular lesions predominantly at Nasolabial fold. May be part of Tuberous Sclerosis. HP will give definate diagnosis.

Acnes conglomatas Rx tab azithromycin 250mg 1od for 5days and after that alternately 100mg Tab isotrentoin 20mg 1od Locally clindamycinA oint twice daily Wash face frequently with salicure face wash Avoid oiling or face creams Modify diet avoid nonvage or oily spicy food
