Severe anaemic patient Urgently needed

Age 22 years female complains swelling of face and lips but no h/o fever, cough, cold. BP is normal, but Severe Anaemic - HB only 3.2gms, Thyroid profile Normal ECG shows normal LFT Changes shown in the picture Kindly do suggest further DX or Rx Please find out blood reports below :-

Blood picture suggestive of severe microcytic hypochromic anaemia and LFT. hypiproteinimia . These two factors contributing swelling of face puffiness if face Needs to be clinically evaluated for clinical history of blood loss chronic Menstrual history, any parasitic infection ir any source of chronic blood loss Blood grouping Serum iron profile Stool examination Bone marrow study to exclude leukaemia Blood transfusion is the first treatment Tab folic acid

Severe microcytic hypochromic anemia.To evaluate for any chronic blood lòss.Suggest serum iron profile.Any hemoglobinopathy to rule out.To start with blood transfusion.IV iron and B12,folic acid, treatment can be started in case of low serum iron and B12
