Allergic reaction

4 yr male child presented since last 5 days with cough and rash as shown in images , with generalised itching. on exam chest b/l clear , no fever..plz advise..no similar complaint in past.

9 yrs old girl is having rashes on both hand and finger since 4 months ...They consulted...And took medicine. It was cure till giving medicine...After that ...h/o recurrent patches on both hand and finger.....plz suggest treatment and diagnosis....|

6 months old girl having eczematous lesions over face and upper back for last 10 days.

45 year old male with a history of HTN, hyperlipidemia, & seasonal allergies. Current medications: Losartan 100mg daily, Lipitor 40mg day, Zyrtec 10mg daily, baby asa 81mg daily, bisoprolol/HCT 10/6.25mg daily. Had gone to primary care physician multiple times and diagnosed with dermatitis-has HMO and PCP reluctant to sent to dermatology. Started approx: 6 months ago, has same type of rash behind bilateral knees and bilateral axilla. Intense itching. PCP prescribed ketokonazole 2% & olioatadine optic. I’m thinking eczema, recommended daily aquaphor, but unsure what he can put around the eyes as they are the most bothersome. Occupation: he is a commercial co-packer for hot sauces and is exposed to Carolina reaper powder, and other hot peppers. Lab work: CBC-WNL, ANA-negative (those were the only labs he had with him)
