Ankle pain

Chief Complaint A 70-year-old female presented with severe pain in the ankle & leg. History Patient is diabetic. No other medical history. Diagnosis What do you see in x ray? Treatment Advise management

Likely to have flat foot Check while weight bearing Talonavicular OA secondary to flat foot Ankle joint OA Periarticular osteoporosis Loss of trabeculae Could be due to disuse CBC esr RA factor Uric acid Crp Reassess with reports vitD levels also will help Usg evaluation to rule out synovial swelling and effusion

*O A ** Periarticular osteoporosis Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude till reports of tests complied Analgesic antiinflammatory orally. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Rest and support.
