It's a case of Guttate Lichen Planus Lesions are numerous and so conventional treatment with steroids are not much productive. This patient requires long term systemic medications. Better refer to nearby dermatologist for appropriate management. "These patients usually apply those steroid creams all over hand leading to steroid atrophy, hypopigmentation leading to cosmetic complaints later on besides non regression of lesions or aggrevation on other sites."
