Onychomycosis - Fingernail

Onychomycosis Best drug in a case of DM with HTN? I read its terbinafine and fluconazole with least interactions. Kindly give your valuable inputs

(1)..Onchomycosis.. Onychomycosis is caused by 3 main classes of fungi: dermatophytes, yeasts, and nondermatophyte molds. Dermatophytes are by far the most common cause of onychomycosis. Two major pathogens are responsible for approximately 90% of all onychomycosis cases. (2). Yes its true. Terbinafine .500.is a accepted anti fungal xrug. Lucinazole is also good for oral application. Both the xfugs do not interfear in Rx of DM.& HTN...and are safe
Terbinafine and Fluconazole both are safe but Fluconazole is not much effective. Terbinafine dose in adult is 250 mg BD for 4-6 weeks with strict control of DM. Itraconazole is effective but contraindicated.
