55 year old female presents with the complaint of back pain. X-ray was done. What is the diagnosis and treatment plan?
Degerative changes of lumbar vertebrae With grade 1 spondylolesthesis of L4 over L5 also known as degenerative spondylolesthesis. Spondylolesthesis is more common with L4 lumbar vertebrae as L4 and L5 vertebrae are m most mobile vertebrae amonst lumbar vertebrae s. Due to degerative process there I weakening of the faecetal joint and disc so it sliips forward Treatment Avoid forward bending Comprehensive physical exerscises Ultrasonic ray NSAID Limbo sacral belt may be helpful.
Lumber spondylosis. And OA Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude . MRI spinal cord. Analgesic antiinflammatory orally. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Support and physiotherapy till reports complied.
