BCG induced axillary lymphadenitis
2 and half months old male child presenting with anterior axillary swelling since 7 days . BCG given immediately after birth. Child is also having congenital cataract . Is it BCG lymphadenitis or some other pathology. Opinion please
That looks like BCG lymphadenitis/absess.... Baby also looks grossly malnourished, do further investigation for TB disease also..
Due to BCG vaccination.
Non specific lymphadenitis....do PSS a d Lymphadenitis...if no constitutional symptoms observation is the choice
