Herpes zoster ophthalmicus. Since there is no vesicle on the tip of nose the eyeball is likely to be spared.

He has a sever infection around the right eye , he must get Augmantin + pain killer, but I recommend to refer him to the emergency to get more invistigations Thankx for sharing

Herpes zoster ophthalmicus, orally antiviral acyclovir 800 five times a day for ten days,, eye drops six times a day for ten days, tab pregabalin for neuralgia

Its a case of shingles rashes.
