Its classical picture of TINEA CORPORIS... Differentials Rupoid eczema Psoriasis Scabies Histoplasmosis Treatment...lulliconazole topical Tab fluconazole 50 mg for 7 days ..and 7 days off...for three successive pulses...

Classic case of tinea corporis. Annular ring like lesions with surrounding erythema and central clearing. Give luliconazole ointment to b applied tropically.
