This is case of syncope or seizure ...take proper history and differentiate between seizures and sycope , leading questions like abnormal movement ,biting of tounge,or spontaneous passing of urine Investigation-EEG,ECG ,holter ,MRI brain
CHk pulse ,Bp and BSL immediately. Ask any history of cardiac or respiratory disease,CHk for reflexes. And do the needful.
Vasovagal cardiac arrythemia
TIA? Arrhythmia?
