Why burning sensation in the back only ?

62 use M reported to ED with burning sensation in back while putting back on pillow ,sofa set ,even undergarment cause vary serious sensation. His bSL remains between 110 to 150 mg /dl ,no Excessive thirst no weight gain and excessive sweating ,no other co morbidities present .normal tensive , happens in the summer months. He is taking 1 tab performing 500mg with prerana line. 75 and ocid 20mg daily for the last few month. Pl help and bail me out by suggesting tests and medicines

No dear, burning sensation in thoracic region only during summer months. No pain in spinal cord . Investigation and evaluation ( Neurological ) ..NAD Winter .. no burning sensation.

It’s paraasthesia Locally examin for pivd, Vit b12 level
Further evaluation is required Ad MRI lumber region
Thoracic region,other investigation normal. Happen in March to Sept beginning. Neurological evaluation normal.
