Since a c/o BPH will be recieving ALPHA blockers which may cause postural hypotension bcz of central action and so is clonidine which also causes drowsiness and short acting hence i don't think it is a good combination

Brydecardia is likely to be caused lead to vertigo like symptoms temporarily.. Better ask Urologisf about your query.

Check first patient is not on Alpha blocker for BPH then give Other wise chances of bradycardia is there Then better to avoid such combination

Clonidine is an alpha-adrenergic agent that is used in the treatment of hypertension. Bradycardia has been described as a common effect of clonidine poisoning, but has rarely been described as a side effect at commonly prescribed dosages.

Checknpatient is not on alpha blockers for bph. Also he is not on metoprolol group of drugs.first
