Can you diagnose these lesions?

A 4-year-old female presented with small non-pruritic macular skin lesions of approximately 2 months. Lesions are itchy and partially responsive to OTC topical steroids. No past medical history of such lesions. No relevant family history. What is the diagnosis according to you?

Scabies mostly found on skin folds Or it's speed by itch It's just micro mug bite Child plays in farm, garden may it occur Cream clotri b Follow well

Suspected papular Urticaria / Tinea corporis DD scabies

Scabies.. Take Family History and look for other site

Could be scabies. History given is too insufficient
