Cervical Cancer - Trivia

Cervical cancer, according to WHO, is the fourth most common cancer in women and the second most common cancer in India. It is caused by infection with high-risk human papillomaviruses (HPV), an extremely common virus transmitted through sexual contact. It can be prevented by PAP smear screening and a HPV vaccine.
