Chest pain with weakness

Chief complaint A 47 y/o male complains of worsening chest pain for 2 days & 2 days later he also complains of weakness and acute respiratory failure. History He smokes 3-4 cigarettes daily but does not drink alcohol. Past medical history is unremarkable. Vitals BP: 135/80 mmhg, Rest rate: 20 breaths/min, HR: 120 bpm, temp: 98.8°F, air: 93% on pulse oxymetry. Examination Breath sounds clear on the left side and dullness noted on percussion on the right side. Cardiac examination is normal. Investigations Chest x-ray shows an opacity in the left hemithorax. WBC: 14 k/mm3 Neutrophils 84% Chloride: 93 mmol/L Bicarbonate: 37 mmol/L Treatment What is your opinion on the management part?

Under present circumstances covid 19 virus Infection must be ruled out and protocols must be followed till than further investigation and evaluation to conclude and line of treatment like CBNAT HRCT ETC..
