choroidal melanoma stage 4Bawith metastasic uveal melanoma already under treatment chemotherapy It is in perogatine of oncologist to decide further course of action As for uveal metastasis we can only guide after confirming from size of tumor in choroid or any other part of uvea by localising site then enforcing radiotherPy

Choroidal melanoma treatment depends on size of tumour small tumour monitoring and regular evaluation required ,. medium or large size needs radiation therapy or surgery. In this case assess chemotherapy if other part involved radiotherapy.
